UCSF Radiology Review: Comprehensive Imaging is developed to provide attendees with the breadth and depth of experience from all UCSF Radiology’s subspecialty sections, with presentations by faculty who are acknowledged for their clinical knowledge and dedication to teaching. This review program covers the basics of the major organ systems and corresponding imaging modalities. Emphasis is placed on offering a step-by-step process for obtaining a differential diagnosis.
Discussion content will focus on comparative analysis and key factors that promote accurate diagnosis by the radiologist in clinical practice. Formal didactic lectures will be paired with unknown case review sessions, designed to give the attendee a comprehensive summary of radiology fundamentals and terminology, as well as experience to a cross-section of topical and clinically significant interesting cases.
